NATALIE DELZER

Hi! My name is Natalie Delzer, and I am from Oconto Falls, WI. My goals in the graphic design field include working with branding and promotion to establish one-of-a-kind, memorable and meaningful identities that showcase my knowledge and skills effectively. Sticking within the art realm, I also enjoy illustration and photography on the side, but my other hobbies consist of hiking and the occasional road trip as well. A fun fact about me is I currently have seven houseplants, and all of them have names that rhyme.

Oh Deer!

The Oh Deer! Interpretative Sign was designed for the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park as they requested an infographic that raised awareness and explained the differences between the three deer species that have habitats at the zoo.  The poster was created to draw in the zoo’s largest visitor demographics: families with young children and teens, friend groups, and school groups. The final poster was hung on a pillar located by the zoo’s deer habitats. My contributions to the design included sourcing images, editing photographs, research, information organization, icon design, map design, copy writing, and print preparation.

True Match

True Match was created with the idea of developing a game that achieves a purpose while expanding beyond the basic board game model. Requirements for the game included the need to be self-contained and self-explanatory with instructions and rules for gameplay within the packaging. As a result, the concept for True Match emerged from the desire of having an all-in-one couple’s game. True Match blends all these aspects together into a lighthearted card game that tests partners’ knowledge of each other while they work together and dive deeper. True Match includes the box, 25 Match Cards, 10 Challenge Cards, 10 Reflection Cards, three Hint Cards, a token, the How to Play booklet, and the Score Sheet. My contributions included name creation, research, logo and package design, branding, copy writing, and creating mock-ups.

ASTRO

ASTRO is an energy drink designed to assist in marketing a specific location and increase its business. The location ASTRO is linked to is the bowling alley/bar and grill/arcade, Buzz Social, in Green Bay, WI. Buzz Social is located in the northern part of Green Bay in a spot that is generally unrecognized outside of the Green Bay area. To increase visitation rates, ASTRO, planned on being sold within Buzz Social and other grocery and convenience stores throughout Wisconsin, includes a QR code on the individual cans and six-pack box. When scanned, it takes the buyer directly to Buzz Social’s website where they are introduced to the business and all it has to offer. My contributions included name creation, research, logo, icon, and package design, branding, copy writing, and creating mock-ups.
